Before we begin, quick disclaimer:

It’s important to note that personality disorders are complex and multifaceted, and it’s not always easy to spot them in others. Additionally, it’s not productive or healthy to try to diagnose others or to make assumptions about their personalities based on limited information.

That being said, here are some common personality disorders that may be seen in men and women in their late 20s to early 30s, as well as some potential signs that may indicate the presence of these disorders in your romantic prospects:

  1. Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD): BPD is characterized by intense mood swings, impulsivity, and unstable relationships. People with BPD may have difficulty regulating their emotions and may engage in self-destructive behaviors.

Signs: Intense mood swings, impulsivity, self-harm, fear of abandonment, intense anger or irritability, difficulty with self-regulation.
